Our Refunds Policy
In certain circumstances we will give you your money back (see below).
NOTE: For obvious reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept items back once they have been worn. International and Australian laws prohibit the return of articles worn against the body for health reasons. For this reason, we will ONLY exchange or refund if the item is still in its original packaging, what we mean by this is; you are allowed to remove it from the plastic packet, but the tag must still be attached to the item.
Who pays for the return of the item?
Sorry, but that would be you. You're up for the return postage fees and your credit card or Paypal account will be credited within 10 working days of us receiving the returned product.
Note: The value credited to your credit card or PayPal account will be in Australian Dollars. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Our Exchange Policy
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your item as soon as you realise you need to swap it. This will ensure that we put aside your size and colour.
Please return the item within 14 days (you expect our deliveries to be made to you promptly, likewise we expect you to organise your exchange and return the item to us promptly).
We will not send out the replacement until the other one comes back.
The item should be in its original packaging and condition with all tags still attached then send your return or exchange to the following address:

• Name
• Address
• Contact Phone or Mobile
• Email Address
• Order Date
• Invoice No.
• Reason for Return
• Whether you require refund or exchange
If an exchange, tell us again which item and size you require (as you would have already told us, we can immediately return the correct size)
IMPORTANT: Sorry, we do not refund freight charges for delivery and return of goods. As it is, we will need to bare the cost of sending you the replacement.
Who pays for the postage on the exchange?
Sorry guys but that would be you. You're up for the return postage fees we will pay for the correct one to come back to you.
Faulty Items
If you recieve a product from Global Guys Gear and it has a manufacturing fault.
Please contact us immediately for further instructions.
