How does Global Guys Gear calculate shipping?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping basket in the right hand side column of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart.

Global Guys Gear offers worldwide shipping to over 100 countries around the world.  The products are packed in secure water resistent packaging.

Shipping services can be Standard Mail, Express Mail, Registered Post, Air Mail or courier, depending on the particular product(s) ordered.

Shipping costs are at the lowest possible rates. Not all the products are shipped using the local postal service. Due to the various weight of different items and product being located at various warehouses throughout the world, shipping costs also vary. For example, if you buy more then one brand of products, in most cases they will be shipped from different warehouses located at difference places - Shipping costs are then calculated based on what you have ordered and where it is coming from. Products are categorized as either Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3. Refer to the chart below for more details

Delivery usually takes approx 4 weeks, depending on your location. Occasionally, there might be an unexpected delay possibly due to public holidays/vacations times or local customs. Please contact us if your shippment is urgent, and we will supply a quote for Express post to you.

Not all items are able to be sent via a tracking number. We will advise you via a confirmation email when your item is shipped if there is a tracking number.  It is very rare for a shippment to go undelivered. If your item does not arrive, we need to wait approx 6 months to lodge a claim.
